"Good shopping experience. Checkout was a little slow. Not sure why that was. Odd thing when I checked my receipt at home; they were having a special on accessories, but only 1 of the 3 items I purchased is shown on the receipt. I watched the clerk scan all 3 items and heard the audible beep that it was scanned, but only 1 of the 3 made it to the receipt. It is like the computer lost the other 2 items before calculating the total. Don't want the clerk accused of something and certainly don't want to see you go the way of Shopko and so many others!"

"I was literally told that to get a hundred points on my rewards card I would have to spend $100 per point. When I pointed out that that was $10,000 in purchases to get a $5 discount she said that that was correct... I know that this is not correct but I don't work at gordmans... she also said that people spend 10 grand there all the time. I highly doubt this is correct. Your stuff is very unknowledgeable very unhelpful and very rude. Although gordmans used to be a favorite place for me to shop I would prefer not to go back. I have been treated poorly there one too many times and it shows that your staff is also treated poorly by corporate or maybe they would care a little more about their job."

"One item I purchased was from the clearance rack and discovered when I got home that the clearance price did not ring up correctly. It rang up $2.00 higher than the markdown price. I live an hour away from the store, so won't be able to do anything about it. Granted, it's only $2, but what if this happens to others?????"
